How to Complete a Transaction on your Bank App Using Virtual Account Details Provided by Africhange
For the sake of this article, we will be using the Revolut app.
Log In to Your Bank App

- Open the bank app on your mobile device.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.
Navigate to Payments
- On the app’s main screen, tap on the Payments and Click to add Bank Transfer Recipient

- Select Add a New Beneficiary.
Enter Your Africhange Virtual Account Details

- Input the virtual account details provided by Africhange. This includes:
- Account Name: Enter the name provided by Africhange.
- Sort Code: Enter the sort code provided.
- Account Number: Enter the account number given by Africhange.
- Double-check all details to ensure accuracy.
- Input the virtual account details provided by Africhange. This includes:
You may see a notice warning you that the details cannot be check. Please select "Keep What I Entered" to continue. or in some cases. you will have to click "I understand the risk"
Due to the account details belonging to a virtual account, your bank may have issues authenticating the account details. Please skip the warning and continue with the transaction.
Enter the Amount

- Specify the amount you wish to transfer.
- Ensure the amount matches the exact value specified by Africhange for the transaction.
Add a Reference (Required)

- Enter the Reference provided by Africhange to ensure your payment is correctly attributed.

Review and Confirm

- Review the transaction details to ensure everything is correct.
- Tap on Continue to proceed.
Track Your Transaction

- After transferring the money, you can track the transaction status in your Africhange account to monitor its progress.
