Option 1: Initiate the Transaction on Africhange
To have the money sent to your Naira account:
- Log into Your Africhange Account: Access your account through the Africhange app or website.
- Initiate the Transaction: Follow the usual steps to initiate a transaction.
- Reminder: Since the funds have already been sent, you do not need to send the money again. Initiating the transaction is crucial for us to process it smoothly.
Option 2: Request a Refund
