How to Send GBP to NGN Directly From Your Bank

Follow these steps to complete your transfer securely.

Step 1: Start Your Transfer

• Click the "Send Money" icon on the homepage.
• Select Your preferred recipient country- in this case, "Nigeria"
• Enter the amount in GBP (the Naira equivalent will be auto-calculated).
• Choose the Purpose of Payment from the available options.
• Select "Pay by Bank" as the payment method.
• Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Add Recipient & Confirm Details

• You can select an existing recipient or add a new recipient.
• If adding a new recipient, enter their details and click "Add Recipient".
• Click "Continue" to proceed.
• Review the transaction details carefully to ensure accuracy.
• Click "Confirm" to finalize the transaction within the app.
• Accept the Terms & Conditions for fraud protection.

Step 3: Select Payment & Complete Transfer

• You will be redirected to select your preferred bank.
• Select your bank, and it will automatically open your banking app.
• Authorize the transaction in your bank APP to complete your transfer
• Your transaction will be successfully sent to your recipient.

✅ If all steps are completed, your transfer is successful!

💡 Note: Before making a transfer, please review the applicable limits when sending directly from your bank.

First Transaction Limits

• New Users: Up to £500
• Existing Users: Up to £1,000

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Limits

• Maximum 2 transactions per day, up to £3,000 daily
• Maximum 5 transactions per 7 days, up to £5,000 weekly
• Maximum 10 transactions per month, up to £10,000 monthly
• Maximum 20 transactions per 12 months, up to £25,000 annually
