Common Reasons for Not Receiving Referral Points

1. First Transaction Must Be £100 or More: Ensure that your friend's first transaction was for £100 or more. Only transactions meeting this minimum amount qualify for referral points.

2. Name Clash: If there was a name clash, it means the transfer your friend made might have been to themselves or to you. According to our policy, these transactions do not qualify for referral points.

3. Correct Transaction Reference: Referral points can only be credited if your friend used the correct transaction reference when making their first transaction of £100 or more. If the reference was incorrect or missing, the system wouldn't recognize it as a qualifying referral.
