If you referred someone to Africhange and neither of you received referral points (20 Afripoints), there are a few common reasons this might happen. This article will help you understand why and how to resolve the issue.
Common Reasons for Not Receiving Referral Points
- First Transaction Must Be £100 or More: Ensure that your friend's first transaction was for £100 or more. Only transactions meeting this minimum amount qualify for referral points.
- Referral Code Not Used During Registration: To ensure you're credited for the referral, your friend must enter your referral code in the section that requests it during registration. If no code is entered, the sign-up will not be recognized as a referral.
- Name Clash: If there was a name clash, it means the transfer your friend made might have been to themselves or you. According to our policy, these transactions do not qualify for referral points.
