How Do You Notify Me About a Transfer?
We prioritize keeping you informed throughout the transfer process:
- Email Notifications: You will receive an email when we receive your money and another when we have processed your transfer. Please note that this does not necessarily mean the money has reached your recipient yet.
- Issue Alerts: If there is any issue with your transfer, we will notify you via email. Please monitor your inbox closely during the transfer process. If you don’t see an email from us, check your spam or junk folder.
- Additional Communication: While most of our communication will be through email, we may contact you by phone if necessary.
