FAQ ON THE NEW USER INCENTIVES

As a new registered user on Africhange. You have some incentives. Please see below the FAQ  

• Is there currently a new-customer/first-time user rate for UK customers? 
  Yes. As a new user who just signed up with Africhange, your first three transactions are discounted for transfer amounts up to £3,000. Please note that if you send above 3000 GBP, the balance will be processed at the normal rate. 
   

• What are the benefits you enjoy as a new user?
   As a new user, you receive a special exchange rate that adds an extra 25 Naira to your GBP-to-NGN transactions. Additionally, if you were referred to the platform, you are eligible for a £15 referral cash bonus (please see the referral policy article for terms and conditions https://support.africhange.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/17697712471837-How-does-Africhange-referral-work ).
   

• How long does the new-customer rate/discount remain valid?
  The offer is valid for 60 days after you sign up and can only be used for the first three (3) transfers
   

• Is the cash bonus a one-time bonus, or can it be received more than once? 
  The initial referral bonus you receive is a one-time bonus. However, you can earn additional bonuses if you refer other people to the platform. • What are the minimum transfer amount and maximum eligible amount for each qualifying transfer?
   The minimum transfer amount is £10, and the maximum eligible amount is £3,000.
   

• Is the new user rate only available to referred users
   No, the new user rate does not require a referral code. It is automatically available to all newly registered users.
