How to Complete KYC on Africhange
Follow these simple steps to complete your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:
1. Log In to Your Africhange Account
- Open the Africhange app on your mobile device or web.
- Log in to your account.
2. Start ID Verification (You will need to upload a valid ID and a live selfie)
- Click on ID Verification.
- Select Get Started and Start Verifying
- There is an important step to take here: When submitting your ID, please select the country that issued the document, not your country of residence; for example, if you live in the UK but are using a Nigerian, Ghanaian, or Kenyan passport, select Nigeria, Ghana, or Kenya, respectively, to avoid your ID being rejected.
3. You will need to upload a valid ID and a live selfie, and upload your proof of address
- Take a picture of your ID (Front) and submit
- Take a picture of your ID (Back) and submit it (This is not required) if you are using your international passport, as that only requires the data page.
- Take a Live Selfie and Submit.
- Upload your proof of address. You can either upload a file from your library or take a live photo of the document.
Congratulations! 🎉 You have successfully completed your KYC submission. Please note that the review process may take up to 24 hours, after which you will receive an update on the status of your verification.
